Getting Classy
This package is our favorite because its classy and it shows the art of mixology and what we love to do. Creating cocktails is an art and we believe it needs to be done accurately and precisely. We have a range of beautifully timeless cocktails that are influenced by the Pacific North West. We strive to use Farm to Table ingredients from our backyard-farm and local community members. Each cocktail is made individually and in front of your guests to create special memories that will never be forgotten. This package also includes pouring of beer and wine, and our simple cocktails as well. Want to add on a Big Batch? Just ask.
Our Getting Classy package can range from timeless cocktails like our Old Fashions and Manhattans, to personal cocktails that are a reflection of you. Below are examples of some of our favorites!
Old Fashioned
You cannot go wrong with a classic old fashioned. This drink brings a timeless feeling when slowly sipped with loved ones and friends surrounding you. Our old fashioned is a drink we take serious with studying the history of how old fashions have developed. We simply use unbleached organic sugarcane cubes, bitters, and fresh orange oils, a bar soon of water, and whiskey. Garnished with a orange zest and old fashioned cherry if desired.
PNW Margarita
Oregon is known for marionberries, blackberries, and growing delicious fruits. We have created the most delicious blend of our home made margarita mix, tequila, and various fruit syrups and purees to make your seasonal margarita one to remember. Also can come in our Big Batch package.
Gimlet
Classy, simple, perfect. Gimlets are made of equal parts gin, lime juice, and simple. Shaken to perfection and strained into a martini glass and garnished with a lime zest is sure to fulfill the summer time quench.
Whiskey Sour
The owners favorite. A blend of three freshly squeezed citrus fruits, whiskey, egg white, a blend of liquors, and simple syrup shaken and strained over an ice sphere. Garnished with an orange slice and and an old fashion cherry.
Hazelnut Coffee Martini
An extra caffeine boost doesn’t hurt - especially when its this good! Coffee martinis are a great choice to add to your event. It is a long day and you might want a little extra something to keep the night going. Our coffee hazelnut martini has a blende of vodka, iced coffee, heavy cream, organic hazelnut syrup, and a dash of chocolate liquor. Vegan option available.
